Great coffee

I really like how easy is it to set up and how easy it was to add the espresso beans for the coffee machine. One thing I did like was the handbook it came with and how the instructions were clear and easy to follow. One thing I didn’t like however was it wasn’t clear how strong or how many ounces of espresso you want for the coffee. It wasn’t clear on that end. Also this machine is a bit loud, not too crazy but just know that it does make some noise. Overall this machine is good and easy to use, just do your research on how you like your coffee.

We spent almost 1yr looking for a fully automatic coffee machine, but always came back to the Philips machines with LatteGo range.
It's easy to use, just add water, coffee beans and milk. Clean up is super fast, as the latteGo can be handwashed or put in the dishwasher. Brew unit only needs washing/rinsing once per week.
The best part is the range of drinks it makes. We love how the milk froths.
My only wish is there was an audible beep setting to let you know your drink is made. As I sometimes press the button and get distracted with something else and forget about my coffee!

Many good tasting brew choices but some quirks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decided to reward ourselves with a Christmas/house warming gift. Overall a very good machine. Simple to use for the most part and we’re still experimenting with the various drink settings. The grinding is noisy (can’t sneak a cup without waking folks). The quantity/size selections require you to know how much liquid can fit in your cup and if you will add anything (i.e. creamer or booze). Following directions to add pre-ground beans but machine keeps “spitting them out” (it must not like the beans!). The hopper is poorly designed and does not channel the beans properly; The machine will indicate beans need added, but the beans will not have slid down from the opposite side. Maybe adding a vibrating to the hopper would help (really wouldn’t make it noisier). Lastly, keep your drip machine if have a group of people over as it takes a minute or two for each brew.

We did significant research before buying this machine. We were impressed with all the features and reviews. We are very pleased with the machine, it runs a cleaning cycle prior to shutting off, notifies you when it is time to empty the grounds, fill the beans, and the water. It is so easy maintain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great machine and excellent coffee. The only issue i would have it needs a bigger feeder for the coffee beans. We do drink more coffee than most I guess, but a bigger hopper would make this a 10. Right now a 9.

Tried it, loved it, bought it, Easy to use and maintain. I’m not missing the delicious espressos I had in Italy nor am I missing my pricey Starbucks lattes. I look forward to my morning cup and the ease in making it. Designed in Italy, made in Romania - two of my favorite countries. The burr grinder is ceramic - unlike Juras steele one - much better. It has a higher pressure than Jura as well in addition to easier maintenance. It uses beans or has the capability of supporting ground coffee (great for guests who need decaf.). It’s the perfect size - doesn’t take up as much room as the Jura and is a really great looking machine. But, best of all the taste and price made my choice easy.
I would recommend this to a friend!
