Great blender, but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this juicer in Jan, 2022 replacing the KitchenAid blender that I used nealy 15 years. When I started using this juicer, I am impressed that they blends very good compairing to the previous blender. The juice is very smooth and done in much shorter time. After using a couple of month, I heard very strange noise from the machine and smelled burnt. I use this blender every morning for just making vegetable juice that contains kale, chia seed, hemp seed and some carrots. I never use crashing ice or something hard staff. After a while, the blender jar leaked. Leaking happened previous blender and I needed to purchase the jar almost every year. But I thought that's a consumable goods. Since I had no problem with my old blender, I did not purchase an extended warranty. I am concerened about this happened within 2 or 3 months. The strainge noise happens once in a while. But I still love this blender.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Smooth as Silk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this blender! I’ve made smoothies, milk shakes and hummus so far and everything has come out perfect. The cleaning feature is great to have, makes clean up a breeze. I have a professional KitchenAid mixer and a food processor that I’ve had for 27 years. These products have given me great service with no issues, so when it came to researching blenders, KitchenAid was my first choice and after weighing performance and value, there was no question that the KitchenAid K400 blender was the choice for me.

Great Blender

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received for christmas and totally enjoy this tool. Blends great at all different speeds. Love the ability to just adjust the speed to desired setting. Packs a wallop in blending.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Built like you’d expect from KitchenAid. Very durable, simple controls that make sense, easy to use and all the functionality you need. We add the smoothie jar and spice jars to blend on the go and to make our own seasoning. Works perfect!

Good looking blender but not reliable

It's a nice looking blender but was never really strong enough to handle frozen fruits and dates. The jar top started leaking after a few years of use. I can't use it for liquid mixing anymore.
