[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. I like the feature of the alert sound seconds before something pops up. The different levels of darkness seems very accurate.

Worst Toaster Ever

I went with this toaster about a year ago. I finally let go of my TFal one because it was over 15 years old and was just giving out. I was going to go with another TFal one but decided that the KitchenAid would be better with all the other products I had. I thought for sure this would be the granddaddy of them all. How wrong I was. It takes FOREVER to toast anything on the most darkest setting. This morning it took me over 6 mins to get my English muffin somewhat brown. I told my husband that this is going in the garbage and I'll find me a better one!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sharp looking functional toaster
