Don’t Bother

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a good choice. Uneven toasting, hard to get evenly done. Often burns one side, doesn’t brown the other enough.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Below-Average Toaster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the toaster for about a month now, and it is a very average toaster. I purchased it because the Cuisinart toaster I had wasn't toasting well. Unfortunately, this toaster also toasts very unevenly. It just plain and simple doesn't make a great piece of toast. I would opt for a higher end toaster if I could do it again.

four slice toaster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this three weeks ago and so far we like it very much. Just a warning it puts out so much heat. Melted paint on nearby cupboards and killed a plant nearby! Had to keep moving it. The toaster is larger than I thought but it works well and seems sturdy enough.

No PFAS in this toaster!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best thing about this toaster is that I was assured by Kitchen Aid that it didn't contain any PFAS or Teflon type coatings. When I first plugged it in there was a slight smell of burning off the oils, but it was minimal compared to many other toasters I've tried which would fill the kitchen with an intolerable chemical smell. This, for me, was the most important thing when purchasing a new toaster and so I am very satisfied on that end. The toaster, though, toasts bread unevenly and I have to use it on the lower setting so it doesn't burn the bread. That is ok with me and preferable to having a perfectly-toasted PFAS-covered breakfast.
