Game changer for vegetables and fruit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My KitchenAid stand mixer is already my favorite kitchen appliance and this attachment adds so much functionality to the unit. Hooking it up takes less than a minute once your used to it and it just performs beautifully. Great for veggie pasta and wraps and so much more. I like to run apples through on the thin blade and give them to the grankids to eat, they love devouring a 15' long roll of apple, even though they would never dream of snacking on a whole one.
Cleaning it is a breeze and you can feel the quality of material when using it. If you love cooking, you will find endless uses for this attachment and there are so many great ideas for it online already.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this mainly to make veggie lasagna noodles. Honestly, I was a little disappointed with it. I felt like my vegetable would constantly slip on the skewer causing it to not spin in turn not cutting up into lasagna noodles. That could of been my fault as I bought kind of thinner zucchini from the store. With the cuts it did make were perfect and just like lasagna noodles including consistency and texture. It felt very dense just like a homemade noodle. I haven't messed with the other blades yet which consist of a noodle maker and a thin sheet cutter. The attachment took me a little bit to understand how to install. Once everything was on it was relatively a breeze. I think next time I will get a thicker veggie. I also think once you get used to making noodles with this it will be almost second nature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is yet another great attachment for the kitchenaid! If you like noodle substitutes, this is the perfect tool for that. It very easily and quickly makes noodles out of veggies like zucchini and carrots. It’s also easy to clean and put away!

the slicing has different settings to adjust for your thickness, does not break or fall apartment when put through machine.
have not used it for the noodle blade yet, but i am excited to try to make my own pasta with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I have went on a very strict diet and this is perfect for us. It is easy to hook up and very easy to use. Slices the veggies just how we need them for wraps and dips and all kind of stuff. Easy to clean and put on and off your mixers. We had no trouble what so ever. I have not made noodles yet as they are not part of our diet, but I am sure it works great on those as well. Clean up is simple. Great product.

Love that it is multi-use , not only for veggies , but for making noodles! I can't wait until my garden is in full swing, and I can use the vegetable cutter.
