Fun with Food!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The KitchenAid Vegetable Sheet Cutter Attachment with Noodle Blade is so much fun to use. Set up was quick with the easy to follow instructions.
It is fascinating to watch it perform it's magic on potatoes, zucchini, apples and cucumbers.
I have made chicken enchiladas with potato sheets instead of tortillas, dessert enchiladas with apple sheets, chopped pecans and caramel sauce, zucchini noodles and cucumber wraps.
Tips:
This attachment works best if you use large uniformly shaped vegetables, the thicker, the better. Make sure your veggie is about 4-1/2" long, pop it on and get ready to have fun!
I prefer the thick blade.
Yes, there is a core left, but with potatoes I either incorporate the scraps into the dish or save in the freezer "soup bag". With squash, apples and cucumbers mostly what is left is the core with seeds, so there is no excessive waste.

Easy and Quick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my KitchenAid mixer - it is wonderful that there are attachments that make it even more useful in the kitchen. At first I was a little intimidated by the look of the attachment, but it was actually very quick to use and it worked perfectly! Now that my family is trying to incorporate more vegetables into our diet, this is the perfect tool to replace noodles or create fun snacks. It worked on the first try and created long continuous sheets that were perfect for vegetable lasagna. It took seconds to make the "noodles", and it was very easy to clean because only a few elements actually touch the food. Highly recommend.

One of the greatest purchases I've made in a while

I bought this several weeks ago and I have used it nearly every day. I start every day with some chicken salad wrapped in cucumber or apple.
I also made potato wrapped chicken enchiladas that were AMAZING
I have sweet potato lasagna in the oven right now and tomorrow will be sweet potato and egg roll ups for breakfast.
I only wish I could find more sources for recipes!

My family enjoys eating the vegetable noodles, but they’re pricey when you buy them at the store. This has been our practical solution - it’s fun and relatively easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this multiple times since purchasing. Our favorite is making Zoodle sheets for lasagna. We are definitely eating more vegetables. Everyone should buy this . Wish I would have known about these a long time ago.

I bought the vegetable sheet cutter, not knowing about the noodle cutter wasn’t available at that time. When will it be back in stock so that those of us that use this attachment can add to our possibilities?

Great for making healthy veggie pastas!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love these attachments! Not only did we make fresh veggie fettuccine style noodles, but we made a delicious veggie lasagna! It was slightly confusing to figure out the very first time we used it, but once you get the hang of it, it is super easy to take any zucchini or long tubular shaped veggie and make 4-6" wide paper thin "noodles". Then you dry them out on low heat in the oven and you have perfect wide noodles for layering in lasagna. It tasted exactly like the real thing and SO much healthier! These attachments are going to get a lot of use and we are going to enjoy a lot of healthy dishes! :)

Easy to use and very effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this sheet cutter attachment mostly to use in substituting zucchini when making enchaladas and lasgna. It's especially nice because of the ease in changing from thin to thicker slices. Quick and easy clean up, too! Grandkids love making long, long apple slices for healthy snacks. The storage box is really helpful in keeping all of the parts safely together. Thank you, Kitchen Aid!
