Yet again, kitchenaid has never disappointed me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product simply exceeded my expectations. I never knew that it could be that amazing and i could play around and experiment so much with this kitchenaid attachment. My and my husband are veggie lovers while my kids always argue to eat vegetables. However they do love pasta. This stuff has made me successful to incorporate veggies into my kids diet. Now i can make noddles out of vegetables, whole wheat healthy noodles which they enjoyed alot. I replaced pasta sheets in my lasagna with vegetables sheet so that it turns out to be a healthy dish. Infact i baked veggies sheets in airfryer to make chips too. Sheet vegetables can be used in sandwiches instead of sliced so they are easier to eat. I am a cook by passion , and absolutely love this product. Besides being so much handy, its sturdy too, well made and gives quick cutting. I would recommend this to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a fun device and its a good way to play with veggies to be used as 'wraps' to substitute for carbs. You can can even slice potatoes, white and sweet potatoes too. Theres so many options from making your own pasta to whatever else you can imagine.

We have used the pasta attachment for a while now and were excited to receive the vegetable sheet cutter. I prefer to use this over our mandolin as I am always worried about cutting my fingers. This was very easy to use and clean. Have been able to make more summer vegetable dishes and am happy to use it for years to come.

It works great, saves space, is each to attach, use and clean. It's also of good quality. I look forward to using it whenever the occasion calls because it's just so easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love getting new attachments for my KitchenAid Mixer. This particular one did not disappoint! It's been such a handy tool in my kitchen.
My husband and I eat a lot of veggies and I often make things like veggie wraps and use veggies instead of pasta in my lasagna. This tool makes turning vegetables into thin "sheets" is amazing! Honestly, I don't think I'll ever use pasta in my lasagna now that I can "Sheet" my veggies.
Also, my step-daughter and her boyfriend do a lot of camping and like to dehydrate I big variety of foods. She now come over to my house to "Sheet" a lot of veggies so she can dehydrate them much easier.

Works well, but zucchini are tricky!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love zoodles and reducing my carbs through finding ways to make carb heavy noodle dishes with vegetables instead. And I use my Kitchen Aid mixer all the time, so I thought this would be so fun to use. It is fun - but it can be a little time-consuming and you need more zucchini than you might think. I recommend using more smaller zucchini because fat zucchini are too soft in the middle and then it's hard to get the blade to work. With the firmer zucchini we got great noodles but of course of the zucchini is small you have to swap it out more often. Long winded way of saying - this is fun and works great but requires a little "getting to know" time.

I have had so many more options in food choices since I began using this. The attachments are very easy to use and super easy to clean .
