[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this. It makes eating healthy so much easier. I can now use vegetables in place of pasta and I love that. Once you learn how to set it up, it's so easy and fun to come up with new meals. Just be careful, especially with clean up, The blades are super sharp. So far, using zucchini instead of pasta for lasagna is a family favorite!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always wanted to try a Kitchenaid mixer attachment; so glad I now have the vegetable sheet cutter with noodle blade!
When I first began putting the assembly together, I was a little confused. I don't feel the instruction book is as helpful as some of the online videos produced by other users. Once I figured out how to secure my zucchini, I made thin flat "zoodles" with ease. The different sheet cutters make quick work of sturdy vegetables or fruits. The blade(s) are quite well-made and do the job well and the whole unit is very quiet to use.
I was a little dismayed that so much of the core was left, but I will slice it up and add it to my recipe. When you pick a fruit or vegetable, choose one that is unusually wide, instead of selecting a long, slender piece. That's the way to get more out of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Vegetable Sheet Cutter Attachment with Noodle Blade from Kitchen Aid for my Kitchen Aid Maschine. I do a lot of partys and platters, so i needet something to make it easier on my vegetables slicing. I like the different blades, the blade is sharp and cuts great, it is easy to us and do clean, and the nice storage box makes it easy to store and keeps it safe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very eager to try this as I have adopted a Keto life style. One of my favorite recipes is zucchini lasagna, but I always slice it too thick. This not only slices it perfectly, but it has cut my prep time down tremendously! The attachments are very easy to use and clean. The quality is superb! Just as I expect from kitchenaid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The veggie sheet cutter with needle blade is a great accessory to the KitchenAid stand mixer. Once you get the hang of using the attachments, it's a breeze to make low-carb veggie sheets. I used zucchini, yellow squash, and carrots. Zucchini worked the best for making thin (or thicker) sheets to make a delicious low-carb lasagna. I also tried making sheets with cucumber to wrap sushi - so delicious! There is a noodle attachment to make long skinny noodles out of vegetables. I made "spaghetti" using carrots and zucchini. Again, zucchini worked the best as a pasta substitute due to the milder flavor and firm (but not overly firm) texture. Very versatile attachments!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This attachment works great! The noodles came out a nice consistency. Using the vegetable sheet cutter is going to take some practice. I was unsuccessful at getting a squash to cut into a sheet on my first 2 attempts.

It attaches to your power hub on your mixer. You can cut vegetables,fruit, noodles,you name it , to make thin or thick sheets for a multitude of recipies. I have upped my dinner game with this attachement. Its made of a durable heavy metal to last through out the years and comes in its own storage case. This is a must have for any novice or beginner in the kitchen. The skys the limit with this attachment.
