So easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This spiralizer work so well and is so easy to attach. I’ve had handheld ones before, and this is a major upgrade! Plus, it’s really easy to clean too. I love all the KitchenAid products, and this new one makes a great addition.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my KitchenAid mixer - it is wonderful that there are attachments that make it even more useful in the kitchen. At first I was a little intimidated by the look of the attachment, but it was actually very quick to use and it worked perfectly! Now that my family is trying to incorporate more vegetables into our diet, this is the perfect tool to replace noodles or create fun snacks. It worked on the first try and created long continuous sheets that were perfect for vegetable lasagna. It took seconds to make the "noodles", and it was very easy to clean because only a few elements actually touch the food. Highly recommend.

Great for making healthy veggie pastas!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love these attachments! Not only did we make fresh veggie fettuccine style noodles, but we made a delicious veggie lasagna! It was slightly confusing to figure out the very first time we used it, but once you get the hang of it, it is super easy to take any zucchini or long tubular shaped veggie and make 4-6" wide paper thin "noodles". Then you dry them out on low heat in the oven and you have perfect wide noodles for layering in lasagna. It tasted exactly like the real thing and SO much healthier! These attachments are going to get a lot of use and we are going to enjoy a lot of healthy dishes! :)

Really neat accessory tool for your Kitchenaid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to cut some apples into sheets and it worked great! The attachment is quite easy to operate. The apple sheets are great in most any apple dessert, such as tarts. This attachment also cuts items into noodles. Zucchini noodles, squash noodles and more are all possible with this attachment. Kitchenaid once again shows us just how versatile the mixer can be with all of these fun attachments!

Nice Idea but Lacking Full Functionaltiy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to try this tool to help prepare healthier meals and reduce my carb intake, especially zoodles. It was a little complicated to put together/install initially, but after doing it once it became more intuitive. This attachment made quick work of the zuccinis I used, but I was disappointed to discover that the entire core of the zucchini remains on the attachment and isn't shredded/peeled. Therefore I had to use two whole zucchinis to make one portion of zoodles. Unless you want to just each the zucchini core when you are done, it seems pretty wasteful. Other cheaper and simpler veggie noodle tools use the entire vegetable. Unsure if I will continue to use this based on that fact.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the KitchenAid Vegetable Sheet Cutter Attachment with Noodle Blade and I absolutely Love it. Very easy to attach to the hub and will help me make healthier choices for my Family. I attached an apple which sliced really thin and even my dog will now eat apples. These attachments can be used for so many things I am excited to keep trying new ideas with them. I also am looking very forward to making Homemade Noodles this winter to go with my Homemade Pasta Sauce.

I'm not a directions guy, but I thought I would have to be, then I looked at the picture on the box and bam! Done. Easy to install. I used the thin slice blade to carve up a potato and it was over like that. Thin sheets that I then fried for homemade potato chips. I will be using this over and over! Very happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this few weeks ago and I have used it several times. This is a great product to expand the use of the mixer. The attachments were easier to use than what I had initially thought. I would recommend following the instructions in the manual carefully if this is your first time using mixer attachments. The vegetable sheets and noodle I made were a great alternative to the normal dish and I had fun making it!
