Best Veggie Tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this vegetable sheet cutter and noodle cutter for a few weeks now and I love it. I have been trying to eat healthier, and that includes removing pasta. That is where this kitchen device comes in. I love using this to make zucchini sheets for zucchini lasagna, or noodles for zoodles, or cucumber for sushi and sandwich wraps.
The cutter is very easy to use. KitchenAid attachments fit on any KitchenAid mixer, no matter the size. First attach the device to your mixer, the sheet attachment slips right on and you are ready to go. Bigger vegetables like zucchini need to be cut down to fit in the sheet cutter, about 4.5-5". Next, you push the holders into your vegetable and attach to the cutter.
Cutting the vegetables takes no time at all and is so easy to do with the mixer. Previously, I have used a hand tool that I had to twist and then a big bulky crank tool and they are very large, hard to use, and inefficient. These tools are so much better.
You can use so many different vegetables, like zucchini, cucumber, pototoes, sweet potatoes, apples, carrots, etc.
I definitely recommend.

Easy attachment

So far I’ve used zucchini and squash and made vegetable noodles. I was surprised at how easy it was to use and how beautiful they came out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my kitchen aid mixer and the array of attachments that are available. This particular attachment is one of my favorites! My family enjoys eating the vegetable noodles, but they’re pricey when you buy them at the store. This has been our practical solution - it’s fun and relatively easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This definitely takes some practice for me to use but I've never tried to make noodles before by hand. It is a true KitchenAid attachment and fits my 100th edition mixer. Being able to make wraps from sheets of vegetables is really cool and this makes it as easy as possible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this for a couple weeks now and have used it to make wraps with cucumbers and noodles from zucchini. The sheet cutter of the cucumber works well and there are two different sizes you can use. It has a consistent cut and the sheets are very long and usable if you are wanting to make a cucumber wrap. The kids also liked the sheets! We have also made zucchini noodles and so far so good. It works well and we continue to try new concoctions with this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit intimidated at first when I first got this. To me it wasn’t something I was use to and it looked a bit confusing. But that’s not the case at all! Easy to attach. Easy to use. And easy to clean! Didn’t take me long to figure out and now I feel like a pro! The vegetable cutter is great! Especially since we are trying to add more into our diet. And who doesn’t love noodles. This will definitely come in handy as we make noodles every year! This is really a great little attachment to have! I will definitely be recommending this.

Fun with Food!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The KitchenAid Vegetable Sheet Cutter Attachment with Noodle Blade is so much fun to use. Set up was quick with the easy to follow instructions.
It is fascinating to watch it perform it's magic on potatoes, zucchini, apples and cucumbers.
I have made chicken enchiladas with potato sheets instead of tortillas, dessert enchiladas with apple sheets, chopped pecans and caramel sauce, zucchini noodles and cucumber wraps.
Tips:
This attachment works best if you use large uniformly shaped vegetables, the thicker, the better. Make sure your veggie is about 4-1/2" long, pop it on and get ready to have fun!
I prefer the thick blade.
Yes, there is a core left, but with potatoes I either incorporate the scraps into the dish or save in the freezer "soup bag". With squash, apples and cucumbers mostly what is left is the core with seeds, so there is no excessive waste.

Its easy to set up and put on without much effort. If I can do it I think anyone can. It serves its purpose well and it makes quick and easy zucchini noodles, we are obsessed! I would recommend this!
