I bought the vegetable sheet cutter, not knowing about the noodle cutter wasn’t available at that time. When will it be back in stock so that those of us that use this attachment can add to our possibilities?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the sheet cutter through 2 garden seasons now. A new fav is zucchini lasagna. Fun to cut cucumbers too to make stuffed rolls. Works great!

Easy to use and very effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this sheet cutter attachment mostly to use in substituting zucchini when making enchaladas and lasgna. It's especially nice because of the ease in changing from thin to thicker slices. Quick and easy clean up, too! Grandkids love making long, long apple slices for healthy snacks. The storage box is really helpful in keeping all of the parts safely together. Thank you, Kitchen Aid!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been trying to cut out the carbs and making vegetable pasta has been such a great alternative. I love how the different blades allow for a diversity in the amount of different pastas you can try and create. We are loving all the different flavors and it's really changed the way we feel being that we're eating vegetables instead of flour.

Routs out veges

if the core isn't as firm as the first firmer zucchini in the spring, the vegetable gets routed out by the prong that secures it to the mixer rather than turning the vegetables to be cut. Same results with cucumbers. I did find It works as expected with jicama and apples but those don't make good noodles. I'm concerned I will have the same routing results using the spiralizer & have not made a decision to purchase that attachment yet. These attachments were the primary reason I decided to buy a KA mixer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It does a fantastic job on my zoodles that I can't believe I ever managed without it. It is well made and sturdy-something I have come to expect with my Kitchenaid. It's also super easy to attach and use. I have just touched the surface on what this attachment can do. I can't wait to explore more!

It is defiant KitchenAid quality. Feels solid and like it will stand the test of time. Easy to use with no major issues.
