Not as good as the old one.

Superb Toaster

Counter space is limited in my kitchen and for an appliance to get a premium spot on the counter, it needs to used often and be used for more than one task. The KitchenAid 2 slice toaster has earned its place. I love that the slots are wide enough to accommodate a thick slice of Texas toast to a bagel slice or a thin slice of bread. It’s easy to change the amount of toasted you want whether light or dark. Cleanup is a breeze with the tray at the bottom that slides out for easy cleaning. It’s a sleek modern design that fits beautifully into a modern to classic style kitchen. If getting it shipped to you, it comes very well protected in the KitchenAid box. Highly recommend getting one. It is a little more expensive than your general big box store brand but is one that will last for many years. You can’t beat the KitchenAid brand and their quality of products.

Easy to use everyday!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the KitchenAid 2-Slice Toaster in my kitchen for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of those appliances I use almost daily and still love every time. From the sleek, classic design that looks great on my counter to the consistent performance it delivers, this toaster checks all the boxes. The extra-wide slots are perfect for everything from standard sliced bread to thicker bagels or homemade sourdough, and they toast evenly every time. One of my favorite features is the Bagel setting—it toasts the inside perfectly while just warming the outside so it’s never too crispy or burnt. I also use the Defrost function a lot with frozen waffles or bread, and it works like a charm without making anything soggy. The high-lift lever is surprisingly helpful, especially with smaller slices that would otherwise be tricky to grab. I love how intuitive and easy the controls are too—you can adjust the browning level just the way you like it. Plus, the removable crumb tray makes cleanup quick and painless. It’s sturdy, reliable, and looks great—honestly, I didn’t realize how much I’d enjoy using a toaster until I got this one. If you’re someone who appreciates functionality and style in your kitchen, I highly recommend it.
