[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had a toaster this nice. It is awesome. I love the different setting choices that there is. It is made very well and does an excellent job toasting bread, bagels, etc. it will even thaw something when frozen. The only thing I have found is the top of it is pretty hot after toasting but I feel that is pretty normal with any toaster. I am so excited to continue using this toaster. Thanks KitchenAid!!

Heavy duty and bagels don’t get stuck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toaster is a heavy duty stainless steel with nice sized openings for toast or especially bagels. It has a nice push open crumb catcher on the back for easy to clean. Heavy duty plug with three prongs. Has a mode to change light to dark toast, along with different settings. Overall very pleased with this toaster and its functionality.

Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful style, I enjoy the "little extra time" button, but the whole reason I retired by still functioning previous toaster was due to the simple fact that it did not toast evenly on both sides. This one has the same problem, though at a lesser degree. Do I still have to flip it and toast again with the "little extra time" feature? Yes. Problem not solved, but still a good looking and seemingly well made appliance. Really wish I could report 5 starts, and for the price I am disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
