I bought this bowl to replace the heavy glass bowl that originally came with the Plumberry mixer you see next to the red mixer it’s currently on. It cleans up beautifully and casts a great reflection on the counter when the sun hits it! 😉

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice looking mixing bowl. The hammered look on the outside is different than the other ones we have seen. I like the inside of it and it is very durable. It is very easy to clean as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my mixer a lot and leave it out on my kitchen counter. Now my mixer is functional and looks like a decoration. The bowl looks so much better in person. It takes the mixer and makes it look more upscale. Now the beauty of the bowl does not mean anything if it does not function well. The bowl is well made and cleans up beautifully. If you are looking for an upgrade or just looking for a new bowl, I highly reccomend this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an extra bowl!!! Woo-hoo! This bowl is so pretty. I love it. I can now make a cake and then make the icing in another bowl. I like that I don't have to stop to wash the bowl,so having 2 bowls helps out. Easy to use and change out. Love that it has a handle. Great bowl add on.

Doesn't work with Model KSM90PSWH 4.5 qt tilt head

I just received this bowl today and discovered that it does not properly lock into the mixer base despite the claim that it works on all 4.5 and 5 qt tilt head mixers. I was unable to even mix the first batch of cookie dough without it coming loose. This bowl is totally useless for our mixer.
I cannot rate it lower than 1 in this app, but it should be less than a zero as it is useless, and I will now have to go through the hassle of returning it and trying to get a refund. I certainly won't order another bowl if they are all designed the same, but will continue to make do with the original bowl, with its broken off handle. At least it still locks firmly into the base.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my KitchenAid mixer with the basic bowl for over three years now and while I love it I've always wanted a bowl that has a handle. This bowl makes such a difference when using my mixer, the handle makes it easy to hold while I scoop thing like cookie dough out onto the baking sheet. I also love that is has a hammered look to it, gives it a little bit of extra character and looks great on my countertop!
