[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am glad to have a standing blender again after 10 years. it has more power than the one I used to have. I like the power.
I tried making tomato's sauce from scratch- I don't have a recipe for a blender. some tomatoes, a medium slice of onion, carrot, 3-4 Tab water. later I put it in a pot and cooked for 10-15 min with seasoning. next time it will taste better. it needed more seasoning /& or some garlic. I've done smoothies and some other things. I've been afraid to do to much
because I lack specific instructions.
I have one major complaint. there is no info sent with the instructions that indicates what
# 1-5 would be used for. I almost burned out the motor. I tried to double a pancake recipe when that happened. it was a recipe that I had not used in over a year and it was a very thick recipe batter.
Yes, my K400 still works on all the settings- I checked it with water in it. You have a wonderful brand. I guess I need a cookbook specifically for this blender (K400)- I need to know not only the recipes to make in it, but I am always unsure how strong the motor is. its certainly is not one of the stronger blenders one sees advertised, but I have never uses those either.
its a great blender, it a person is not expecting, Blendtec, Ninja, or another blenders
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like this blender. The base is heavy so there is no movement when blender is on. It looks great, works very well and the cleaning feature really works. I also like that it has three icons for specific drinks -- you just move the piece to the icon and it knows how to blend for your drink. As with any blender, I do not like the noise when it's on -- that's just me -- but I think this one isn't even as loud as others. It's definitely worth the purchase!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my blender a few weeks ago. My hubby loves salsa and it was a breeze to make it in my new blender. I love how I can fit all my ingredients and have no spills. It isn't as loud as my old one. And the color is a beauty.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great blender I've had some really good blenders I.e. breville and the kitchenaid K400 is the best one I have had ever
