[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this to replace a reliable Oster that I have had for years but needed a stronger motor for frozen fruit/protein smoothies. The only issue I have is I have to remember to turn the knob all the way to off if I want to run a second cycle after the smoothie cycle. This is any time I want to run it after a smoothie cycle.

I’ve only ever had one issue with a large frozen piece of fruit getting wedged between the blade and the sidewall. Other than one random instance that had a quick fix, it has performed well.
