When I had an issue with the pitcher and Kitchen Aid did not have a replacement pitcher, the company sent me a new blender. I am a major fan of a company that goes to length to ensure customer satisfaction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my old kitchen aid blender stopped working. It wouldn't come on when any speed button pushed. Had too buy a new one. Only used my new one 2-3 time and it worked.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t really used the large blender jar yet. I’m diabetic and need to get some good soup recipes. But I have used the personal jar and I love that. It helps me to make alternate ingredients for tweaking a regular recipe into a diabetic one!

Nipple in base keeps melting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this blender at first. Until the nipple in the base that turns the blades started melting. I sent in for a warranty replacement, which came very quickly. The only problem is, that the replacement has done the same thing, only much faster than the first. So now I need to get a third replacement, but both times I've tried to get through chat so far, I could not get through. Not sure why they make this piece in the base plastic, but clearly, the design needs changed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
