Super amazing blender!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old blender broke and we needed a new one. I first bought a Ninja and liked it but didn’t love it. So, I went back to my research and ended up with the new Kitchenaid 400. It is EXCELLENT at smoothies. We love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The base is sturdy but the canister is flimsy plastic - it may not hold up to daily use. The 3rd time I used it I crushed some ice in it and the motor smelled like it was burning a bit - not a good sign. WAY too expensive a blender to have problems with.... we'll see.

Really great blender!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I primarily use this blender for making smoothies. It does an excellent job chopping ice and the design makes it easy to pour into cups without side spills. It is also very easy to clean and much quieter than my previous blender.
