Great Presets- Great Blending!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The controls on this blender are so easy to use - with great presets. It does a great job of blending the drinks that we have made so-far - as well as soups. The Cleaning pre-set works great too!

Works well but noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace an old Oster blender. We had done no research but expected it to be less loud and harsh. It works well but is really loud. We would not buy it again.

I must be doing something wrong...frozen pineapple, juice, scoo of ice cream. Not getting sucked into the vortex. What am I doing wrong? And I’d love a glass blender jar!!!!!

I bought this Blender Last month ! This is an "AWESOME BLENDER" and which I had been waiting for ! The customer service is very nice! I wish to get 6 oz, 16 oz extra jar ! Don’t spend lots of money in other brands - I recommend to go for Kitchen Aid rightaway ! Please get this model # ksb4028BM ! I tell you, you won’t get disappointed!! Really wonderful and beautiful looking good blender!! I used last 15 years kitchenaid brand! I told my friend to buy this blender and they also bought Kitchen Aid Blender only !!! Again, I really appreciate customer service!!! Both the product and customer service are really worth for every penny Thanks to make wonderful products!!!!
