I must be doing something wrong...frozen pineapple, juice, scoo of ice cream. Not getting sucked into the vortex. What am I doing wrong? And I’d love a glass blender jar!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace an old Oster blender. We had done no research but expected it to be less loud and harsh. It works well but is really loud. We would not buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I treated myself to a blender upgrade and I'm so glad that I did. I love it. I used it to puree hot squash soup and that worked well. I haven't tried blending my margaritas yet but my goal was to buy a blender that could.
