The compact and "old school" feel is great. Photos are crisp. Love having all the features and apps easily available. Having a stylus for writing notes and highlighting text would have made it a 5 star review.
This phone sounds like a good idea but is not user friendly. If the facial recognition doesn’t work, it is a lengthy process to finally get to the point where one can enter the password. If one is switching from an iPhone to the Galaxy, I would not recommend the change. Thankfully, ATT was helpful with an exchange. The process went very smoothly.

I upgraded from the Flip 4 to the Flip 7 because my Flip 4 started having screen issues. I do love how convenient the Flip phones are to carry, but honestly I’m pretty disappointed with this one. When I put calls on speakerphone, people can barely hear me. The speaker quality and notification sounds are also not as good as my Flip 4. For the price, I expected much better quality. At this point, I’m about ready to just buy a cheap prepaid phone if I can’t get decent call quality.

My Mom wanted an upgrade and we did received it in a timely manner. After using the phone for a couple of days; she started getting shocking sensations from the phone and the phone doesn't hold the charge. The battery dies VERY quickly. She will be returning it.
