I purchased this phone on your website less than a month ago. Where it folds, a dent occured and the phone screen blackened. I went to the physical store in my city and they referred me to Samsung. I sent the phone back to Samsung by UPS. I didn't drop the phone nor placed it in water. I previously purchased a case to insure that I wouldn't break it. I had to get a cheaper android from the store so I could have communication. I hate that I am stuck with the contract for this awful piece of junk. I have always been satisfied with your products but not this time. I am considering breaking my contract and signing with another carrier for another android. I read reviews on the site but they were all good. Someone told some lies because it is trash.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
