I purchased this phone on your website less than a month ago. Where it folds, a dent occured and the phone screen blackened. I went to the physical store in my city and they referred me to Samsung. I sent the phone back to Samsung by UPS. I didn't drop the phone nor placed it in water. I previously purchased a case to insure that I wouldn't break it. I had to get a cheaper android from the store so I could have communication. I hate that I am stuck with the contract for this awful piece of junk. I have always been satisfied with your products but not this time. I am considering breaking my contract and signing with another carrier for another android. I read reviews on the site but they were all good. Someone told some lies because it is trash.

It's a droid. I don't think I've ever desired to own a droid and always stuck with apple. Although the operating system only functions off of Google and other bells and whistles makes it a bit less secure. But the flip and fold feature makes this my favorite phone so I'm not holding onto my phone like a clutch. I can store it in my pocket and still function while out and about. Sound is great on my phone. Display is awesome as well the camera is next to trash.
Very frail product, does not hold up well from normal usage.
