The Z Fold7 initially performed well with the thinnest model ever made. However, after 5 months of delicate use in a secure case and no drops the same inner screen and hinge failure that plagued my Z Fold 4 happened once again after paying off the device. Moreover, Samsung had guidelines to not honor the 1 year manufacture warranty to cover hinge failure even though it would've be replaced anyways with inner screen. I was told by the authorized repair shop my out of pocket expense would be $750. I really liked the Z Fold series concept, but I'm done with this lack of quality control and just pushing out new models with no real improvement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Galaxy Z Fold 7 has an AWESOME design. Its sleek, and compact and super fast, compared to my Fold 5. But it seemed like it had some software glitches. It kept forgetting some of my paired devices, and would forget important dates on my calendar, even after id input them a couple times. I returned it, because im interested in the Galaxy Tri-fold or fold 8 instead.
