The fold screen went out after 18 days. The phone wasn't dropped or scratched or anything and att wouldn't replace the device. The Samsung warranty was supposed to cover it so we sent it in and they wouldn't replace it either. A lot of back and forth And they sent me back the phone completely destroyed. I'm still trying to contact Samsung to get this resolved and they are not helping and giving me the run around. I cannot belive this is the way they do business.

So far the phone is good. As a business owner having the larg internal screen is a plus to view documents. Only thing from a 10 out of 10 is its not s pen compatible.I do have large hands so with the external screen I often hit the wrong key. Even going from my s24 ultra to this, im so so about it.
