They sacrificed the active screen, all other folds had in order to support an S Pen, to make it lighter and thinner. Except people like me wanted the larger real estate for even better access with fine stylus control. No, instead it's like giving an artist a giant canvas but limiting them to only using a paint roller. This was a deal killer for me. Back to the Note Ultra series for me.

Best Phone EVER!! Not just the best foldable available in the US, but also the best phone so far. I thought losing the S-Pen was going to be a deal breaker for me, but I was wrong. Yes I do miss being able to take notes on-the-fly with the S-Pen, but this thing is so light, so beautiful and works so good, that you don't even notice that was an actual feature once. I was a loyal iPhone Apple Fan Boy for years. Every time I tried to cross-over there was always something that brought me back within weeks, sometimes even days. This time Android 16 and 1UI 8.0 has finally sucked me in and is never letting me go! Apple is way behind with their ability to customize their phones and their AI!!! Holy Moly Gemini & Bixby together is a straight up Home Run! I absolutely love my phone and LOVE Galaxy Watch 8. Dex is a bonus and I even dropped MAC OS for Windows again because of the absolute simplicity that Windows Connect offers with Android devices. Thank Samsung & Google for finally coming through!
