My curls came out defined, bouncy, and frizz-free—without needing any touch-ups after. It’s wild how much more efficient this version is compared to the original. It’s stronger, quicker, and way more efficient at styling my curls without frizz. The new round brush attachment is my favorite—my hair flows through it so smoothly, and it gives me the softest blowout look without losing volume. Love how much time it saves me in my routine! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This hair tool blew me away! Curl ID is my favorite feature. You answer a few questions about your hair and then it automatically switches between the active heat and the cold shot for each curl. I'm lazy so it's even easier to style my hair now that I don't have to count or switch modes.
It’s also pretty powerful. I have 3a curls that are thick, dry, and coarse. A lot of tools don’t get hot enough to style my hair well. But this one left my hair shiny.
The tool feels premium: it's heavy and sits well in my hand. The included carrying case is cute and compact too.

I owned an older model and I can confidently say this is better and worth every penny. This model is way more powerful and styles my hair in a fraction of the time.
