I love this microwave. In fact, i bought it because it was the same as my last one. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that they moved the power level button (which occasionally causes confusion) and did not include the 30 second button.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good at heating; constant rattling

Heats well, powerful microwave, but produced a loud, irritating rattling sound since day 1, only subsides when the number pad side of the microwave is propped up or something is wedged underneath. Something about the panel must be slightly loose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave because it was exactly like the one I had previously. It was 12 years old when the touch pad finally quit. It is just basic but plenty big for full size plate, small casserole.

Very nice oven. Easy to use. The clock lite is bright and easy to see the time across the room. When you open door the unit doesn’t slide, it stays put. So quiet when it is running. Price was awesome.
For the price, the microwave does everything you need. My minor issue is with the preprogrammed buttons. I would prefer being able to select the time to cook without having to select the "Time Cook" button first. Change the "Time Cook" button to a "Program" button, then select #1 for the 1 minutes cook time. It would be nice to be able to change the button programs instead of having 1 min, 2 min .... locked in.
I really like this microwave: it has a 30-second button; door opens easily and remaining time continues to show. The top is aluminum, which makes it easier to put stuff on top without its getting marked up. I originally tried another to avoid the gray interior. I don't like the gray interior because I can't see if my water is boiling, but that's the only negative. I continue to want one whose door opens to the left.
