There are a few features about this microwave that I don't like and why I gave it 4 stars: You can't use the kitchen timer at the same time you use the microwave, and visa versa. I find this very inconvenient since my old microwave allowed me to use both at the same time. I had to buy a separate digital timer because of this flaw. This microwave seems to cook hotter than my 1100 watt microwave even though it's 1000 watts. Also, the stainless steel shows every finger print unless you clean the outside of the microwave all the time. It's also noisy when using any power setting except 100%.

Why is the interior not white???

New microwaves have black interior. So difficult to see if they are clean. Even the microwaves with white exterior!!! Why?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like this oven, the only thing i think should change is it is a little too dark in the oven, maybe a brighter light or a lighter color inside the oven.

The design is good however the interior is very dark. I don’t know if it is the dark color of the interior or the low light. It makes it difficult to see if the food is overcooking. The instructions on usage is good. The child lock is nice and easy to disable. It will take me awhile to adjust to the differences from my last microwave. When in use you can’t stop the unit by pressing the stop button. There should be a pause button since the interior is so dark you have to open the door to view the condition of your food. It will resume cooking so you don’t have to reset after you open the door.

I would say that I am mostly pleased with my purchase. Video is sharp and bright, audio is fine for such a thin TV. Complaint I do have is the fact that I cannot have the TV automatically load a third party app (xfinity) upon power up. This has proven to be a real pain for us. So much, that I had to buy a Firestick so that I can duplicate that function. Others have complained about this in various forums/reviews. I wish I read them before I purchased. How about a fix for that?

It is just right. Black- no decorative chrome/plastic. Works great. We like that we can silence the beeps. 5 beeps is too loud and too many after item is finished cooking.
