I would give this microwave 5 stars but it is a bit noisy. Mine seems to have a vibration that I cannot pinpoint. It works well and has several convenient shortcut functions.

Had an old Sharp for 16 years. Only thing wrong,the opening handle broke. The new one is as good as the old one and more powerful.
