Good microwave for daily use. The 30-second and 1 min buttons make reheating very easy. It's easy to use and easy to clean. We've only had it for a few months - the 4 star rating could easily go to 5 if it lasts a long time.

1) Kitchen timer cannot be used at the same time with the oven.
2) The done signal keeps beeping even when the door is opened or if you press the stop button.
