Not sure how this product passed quality check. Simple door closing fails intermittently jist after few days. Upon further checking the area I see a huge gap on bottom as compared to top door latch area.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this little microwave. The first one I had lasted almost 16 years! Tried a different, fancier one with all the bells and whistles, and that barely made 6 years. Glad I found this one. Has just the right amount of power. My veggies come out with the most perfect texture. Very happy with this!
