Cool light terrible speaker! Ok app.

They have something here but it's not ready for prime time hopefully they can improve on the next one. The lighting features are great and the light is plenty bright. The speaker on this is terrible even for the black Friday price buzzes, tinny and no Bass. And I wasn't expecting much from the speaker and was still let down it's really bad. The app works fine but has too many ads im already in the ecosystem stop blasting me with ads for more products. Hopefully with the lamp pro 3 they can spend a little more on the speaker they have the room to improve this thing and keep the price similar the sale prices show that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had high expectations given the price and poor packaging. was expecting more "matter" google assistant integration than just light control.. wanted more of a smart speaker and not light

The connectivity issues are horrible. Disconnects regularly even when phone is leaning against lamp, white noise sounds will turn on over and over after being shut off, you have to be a certain distance to connect, you can’t just click the power button via the app and be connected. You have to go to your phone settings and manually connect every single time. The light is cool though. Would not buy again
