Lighting Good. Speaker Bad.

Lighting is good. However, the speaker has constant connectivity issues. It can disconnect at random. It can also increase its volume at random. JBL, do better.

Kind of sad to see that there still hasn't been any improvements to the major amount of issues. This product was so amazing when I first got it.. great sound, and super cool visuals and vibes. I actually said to my wife back when I got it that it was one of my favorite purchases I've made in 2025. Now it sits on my shelf, collecting dust, completely useless. Same issues as other people have stated - lights change scenes constantly, brightness auto drops to 1% over and over, music volume increases to full blast randomly, had to turn the "white noise" sounds off because they would start playing in the middle of the night. Govee refunded my money, which was nice, but I really liked the product when it worked, so it's sad that I can't trust buying another one after seeing a lot of the recent reviews. If these issues were 100% fixed, I would absolutely purchase again.

I have a JBL portable speaker that I take everywhere with me, so I love that the sound quality is great! There are endless settings for the lamp that make it fun and exciting to use. I leave mine on at night to illuminate my hallway all the way from the living room. Highly recommend as I use mine daily!

Beautiful design, brilliant colors and choices, high quality material, great concept, features, but need Equalizer in App. Need audio and genre sound options in app

I really Love this and the creative genius that went into the design and features. It's heavy, well built, bright colors and lighting, and a beautiful accent for any room and space. You can't create a product with audio capabilities and not add sound management to it. The app needs an equalizer and options for various types of music and genre. That's why I gave it 4 stars because it lacks this feature in the app. Still, it's a great product with so many potentials and still need a few more tweaks and features I hope Govee will add sooner than later.
