Door Alignment Defect

I had THREE of this model delivered all with the same type of door defect. Anywhere from 1/8 to 1/4 inch mismatch at the top. An obvious bad production run. Quality control should have caught this. Unknown how many others with the same defect.

Recommend the PVM9225SRSS

The new microwave performs exactly as expected. The only issue we experienced is that the first unit the dealer installed was defective (it did everything but cook). The defective unit was subsequently replaced with the unit now in service, which works well.
Among the nice features of this particular model are the extendable exhaust intake and the LED down-light.

Good Product brand

Buttons are hard to push,difficult with arthritis. Three steps to turn on the Microwave., too many steps. Should have quick instant start of 2minutes and seconds, Not push Cook time, turn knob for time then Start. Consult a consumer not just the design engineer.

I have had this microwave since september of 2023. I didn't start using the microwave until January of 2024 when my kitchen was complete. It died about a month ago. So...I used it for a year and a half, and now I have to buy a new one. Absolutely unacceptable.

We are more than glad to lend a hand with your microwave. Sometimes shutting off the circuit breaker or fuse that supplies power to the microwave oven for 30 seconds will help. We recommend doing this.

Love the features and the look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This over the range microwave looks very high end and the stainless steel matches nicely with my other appliances. I have had over the range microwaves in the past and although they would exhaust the smells and steam this unit seems to do it much better. The extension that slides out is a great idea as it is able to cover more of the range area and captures more of the steam. The microwave is also larger inside than expected and can fit all of my larger sized containers which is perfect. The steam cleaning function releases any stains or food debris so that it can be wiped clean with very little effort. The sensor cooking works like magic and takes care of the time and temperature so the food comes out perfectly hot with no guess work. The bright LED light is great and I find myself using that instead of turning on all of the kitchen overhead lights.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the GE Profile 2.2 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Sensor Microwave Oven. It was easy and stress free to install and cooks evenly. I like all the features it has to offer including a stream clean. There are 10 different power levels which is pretty standard and the controls use mainly a dial control. It has a nice slide out vent that is great when you are cooking on the stove as well. A major upgrade for me and I'm so happy with this.

I was looking for a MW with good light and ventilation. Twin LED lights illuminate the entire cook top. The slide out front shelf catches cooking vapors and smoke. The two return vents at rage rear angle to catch the vapors. " Thanks to the extended vent, the microwave capture rate is double the rate of typical over-the-range models." 4 speed fan has good
volume when the shelf is extended. I like the knob dial to set cook time, timer and such.
