Very unhappy with it.

It never works the 1st time you start it due to the sensor on the door. You have to slam the door shut. The convection oven does not always spin and burns your food on a regular basis. Also if you use convection. You can't use the microwave for an hpur or so until it cools off. Pulled back out my toaster and wish I never bought this thing. Don't buy it.

Poor M/W. Too much work to nuke something, too many steps to nuke food for a minute; wish it had Quick timed select buttons like older models.
Airfry temperature is NOT adjustable from 325 to 425 degrees in "manual" mode as the manual indicates. Only the times is adjustable; that's one reason I bought this model.
No, or few, recipes on use of the microwave for airfry, roast, convection etc.
It is IMPOSSIBLE to clean the inside. Did everything I was told, wipes clean but leaves marks behind. Terrible Unit

We really like the new Profile Microwave Oven. Easy to you and cooks to perfection. The only drawback is setting the time requires one to use it in 15 second increments. Not all items we wish to reheat require that time. Other than that, we love t.

A great replacement choice

I am still getting used to my new GE microwave. The old GE Profile microwave lasted over 18 years and had touchpad keys for every function so the combination knob and touchpad has been a relearning process. Plus so many features!
