This was a nice upgrade for our family, the air fryer option is a hit with the kids and the convection option is almost like having a second oven. We are definitely fans!

Looks great and so many features

My home has two kitchens. The other kitchen has a microwave with air fryer abilities and convection cooking. I liked it so much that I decided I needed another for the main kitchen of my home. Can't wait to use all the features. Installation was pretty easy. I've installed several microwaves and this is the first one that I had to turn the fan for venting inside so that was a little more trouble than I expected but not too difficult.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This microwave is an excellent choice for small/medium size kitchens, and it also look pretty good. The controls are very intuitive and easy to operate.

Many of the functions work well. Use the convection feature for many items. The AirFry doesn't work well. Tried several items listed in the auto and worked so so. the Manual portion of the AirFry doesn't give you any option or temperature setting to cook with. You can only select the time duration which makes it hit or miss.

It never works the 1st time you start it due to the sensor on the door. You have to slam the door shut. The convection oven does not always spin and burns your food on a regular basis. Also if you use convection. You can't use the microwave for an hpur or so until it cools off. Pulled back out my toaster and wish I never bought this thing. Don't buy it.

feature and functions not like they use to be

Bought this to replace its parent / combination microwave (1st generation @ 1500 watts that I had since 2008) and it does not work as well. All functions take twice as long to heat / cook, no electrical power saving (watts is watts). Back to using my gas oven to cook. If the parts to keep my original unit were available, I definitely would have been better off to repair it than buy this. What ever happen to products improving over development, rather than make them 1 year throw aways. Space saving is the only feature valuable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This model has lots of features and it does function a bit differently than some previous models. If you are using the sensor microwave modes, it may take longer than you are accustomed to due to variations in the time and power levels based on sensor feedback. Here is a link to the Use&Care manual for your model – page 11 has a guide for selecting the best cooking method for your food and pages 12-24 detail the use of the different cooking methods.
