Nothing works like it should

If I could I would return this in a second. Had it for a month and nothing is easy or works like it should. Your instruction book is the most worthless piece of information I have ever read. You should take this out of your inventory and sell all for junk. Send me your old 10 year old model back. It’s so much better

Horrible! We have had the serviceman out 3 times in 2 months with 2 different parts. They won't replace our defective microwave. DO NOT BUY. They have to keep trying to fix it. It is a lemon and defective.

The AirFryer does NOT WORK

I made the mistaking of buying the higher end unit because of its claimed "AirFryer" feature. Let me be clear ... this is NOT and AirFryer. Not even close. It barely gets the inside temp over 300 degrees after 15 minutes. I was tricked by their marketing into purchasing this instead of a lower cost microwave. Dont waste your money.

Melted Itself

I've never even considered leaving a review for a microwave but this thing is awful. I could go into a long diatribe about how this thing doesn't cook anything well on the bake settings, it won't brown a pizza even if you give it a month. We had ours for exactly 3 weeks before I tried to use the convec bake option and the microwave MELTED ITSELF. I noticed the next day after a not cooked pizza, that the light in the microwave was not working, when I went to look at the bulb it, receptacle and the end of the bulb had been melted by the convec bake option. So instead of having a working microwave/air fryer/convection oven what we have is a broken microwave (because that's all It's safe to use it for) that has no light and the absolute worst controls I've ever seen, you can only set time with a dial in 15 second intervals and then adjust by 5 second intervals after you've started? Did you guys have anyone with half a brain use this thing before you made it?
Just awful
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Air fryer is dissapointing

We're more than glad to assist you with the air fry feature of your microwave. For best results, use a metal tray, metal rack and a glass tray, and leave at least a 1-inch gap between the cooking dish and the sides of the oven. There are two options when using the air fry: Auto Cook Air Fry and Manual Air Fry.
