Amazing product! It is an oven, air fryer, and microwave all in one. It even has a steam cleaning feature that is awesome! I love my new microwave!

Nothing works like it should

If I could I would return this in a second. Had it for a month and nothing is easy or works like it should. Your instruction book is the most worthless piece of information I have ever read.
You should take this out of your inventory and sell all for junk.

Beautiful microwave, amazing features. Easy installation, I’m still learning how to use it! The air fry feature is wonderful! Going to try the convection soon. It’s a game changer!

Did not bring a true manual for.proper.operation. Would have liked some sample recipes for some of the functions.

DO NOT BUY

Horrible! We have had the serviceman out 3 times in 2 months with 2 different parts. They won't replace our defective microwave. DO NOT BUY. They have to keep trying to fix it. It is a lemon and defective.

Not in all aspects convincing

One the one hand, we do like our microwave, but there are two negative aspects that I'd like to mention and that make me rate it 3 stars only:
- It arrived from the factory with a faulty damper installation. After the very first try, there was an error message "damper stuck". GE sent a technician - which meant we couldn't use the new microwave for about a week, until the service guy arrived. After quite some time, during which he had to take apart most of the microwave, he found out that the damper had not been installed properly from the beginning. No kudos to GE for that.
- A clear disadvantage is that the timer for the microwave can only be set at 15-seconds intervals. I think a timing by single seconds would be much better.
Other than that, we like the microwave and its versatility.
