New microwave for the old one.

Had a G.E.microwave before. Worked great. We have another G.E product which has been great,I will buy other G.E. products as my old won's need to be replaced.

RV oven

Love the microwave and all its options for my RV. Not having the traditional oven in my RV can be a challenge but having all the additional features like convection oven and air fryer makes it so convenient.

A disappointment

One of the main reasons we bought this fancy microwave was for the air fry feature. However, the manual setting on this model does not actually allow you to set a manual time or temperature (found that out when I finally called GE) and the auto air fry feature took as long as if I'd simply baked the items. The convection feature worked okay. The selection screen needs to be backlit to better see what you are choosing. The 15-second timing interval is a minor pain. And the dial selection and entering process is more complicated than it needs to be. A plain old microwave would have suited us just as well. So, it looks great, but was a disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

placement of the controls

I don't like the layout of the controls. The controls are in different spots than most microwaves I have had.
