Microwave itself works fine. Haven't used all of the features yet as they are not explained in very much detail within the very user unfriendly manual.

Number one it doesn’t come with a thorough user manual.
My Whirlpool OTC microwave/convection oven combo went out so I purchased this particular GE model to eliminate my counter top air fryer but that was a big mistake. The air fryer setting is a big joke. It takes way too long to preheat in the convection setting and the air fryer doesn’t work well. It takes longer to air fry than to use the oven and food doesn’t get crisp.
Also when using the stove, the microwave door fogs up extremely fast in between the glass making it very difficult to see inside if using it while cooking on the cooktop stove and it takes hours to dissipate. For the price of the unit I find it VERY Diss appointing. The Whirlpool was a much better quality appliance. I Would not recommend it. .

Great Microwave/Convection oven

I replaced a very nice GE Microwave installed in 2007 with this Microwave/ Convection/ Air Fryer and I couldn't be happier. It is a little deeper than my previous model, but it wasn't really noticeable once installed. I have used all of the functions and just love being able to put the Ninja away since I have a much better cooking solution now.

Adequate above the range microwave

Microwave has interesting features. It was similar to the 12 yr old that was replaced. This new one has an air dryer capability that hasn't been tried yet. The stove top light is bright and clear. The only downside so far is the microwave power is only 750 watts as compared to the countertop GE type that is 1150 watts. This one should be 1000 watts at least and it led to the lower rating.

Very good GE microwave oven.

Overall we are pleased with this microwave oven and recommend it to others. The only drawback is that the front surface of the microwave does not polish evenly.
