Great overall product, had this microwave for a month so far, working well; just two suggestions for functionality improvements
- Ability to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius in appropriate cooking modes
- Ability to set the power level before starting the microwave cycle

I like the air fryer feature don't have to take up counter space with another appliance. Also the convection oven feature. Will be helpful for the holidays as a second oven. 1.7 cu ft is a nice big size and black stainless steel exterior is real nice no finger prints.

Good product and appearance, it is a combination of air fryer and microwave, which we wanted, but we were concerned with size. A microwave sized product was what we were looking for since our microwave was not working.

Let down for the money.

Air fryer portion of the device is very misleading in the manual. Looks like you can manually set temp and this is not the case. It defaults to 425. Does not say that anywhere in the operators manual, matter of fact it tells you that you can set temp manually. No can do. Very misleading.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

With that being said, we are so sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the Air Fry capabilities on your new microwave. Air Fry uses a heating element to raise the temperature of the air inside the oven. Any oven temperature from 325°F to 400°F may be set. You can find more information on setting the Air Fry temperature to your desired setting on page 21 at the link below:
