It’s a good product, but there are too many features. If one doesn’t use them often enough, one forgets how to do things. Our previous GE microwave was easier to use.

To use the microwave is very frustrating. It is difficult to set a cook time. It takes way too many clicks and pushes to make it work. You cannot pick a specific time, unless it is in 15 sec intervals.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

not worth the expense

this product boasts an air fryer but the wattage is too weak to air fry anything based on the products timing. microwave takes 2x longer than my previous microwave and the machine lacks very basic things like the ability to set an exact time. everything is in 15 second intervals
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
