Absolutely fantastic performance

We replaced a regular (without convection) over the counter GE microwave, with this one which has the convection feature. We replaced great performance with an even better one. This machine is an absolutely fantastic performer and cooks to perfection in all modes. the preset menu has great options and we are very happy with it, especially the results of the convection.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Attractive Microwave with Over-Hyped Features

The microwave is attractive. The stainless-steel interior along with the light makes viewing much better than other makes. There are "sensor" conveniences such as a "Reheat", "Beverage", "Cook" and "Defrost" selections, but the options within the category "Reheat", for example, is limited and the Air Fry feature is limited as well. The control panel did not work properly upon installation, requiring the electronic motherboard to be replaced, which was a temporary inconvenience. The microwave came with little or no operating instructions and I had to go on line to print the poorly written manual. Considering the cost of this machine, not only should the manual be included, but it also would have been helpful to include at least a cookbook with simple procedures to utilize the many functions the microwave has to offer. The performance is great once you master the features, but unfortunately, in the beginning you're on your own.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good microwave

The microwave has lots of capabilities which is helpful when you need more than one oven, for example. We do wish the timer auto stopped after a minute.
