We are happy with the features and appearance of our new microwave. There was a learning curve to taking advantage of all the features and user interface. We primarily bought this microwave because of it's air fryer capability, but definitely takes a lot longer to cook than a smaller countertop air fryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am surprised at the bad reviews. I have never owned an air fryer so can’t compare . We did a think ribeye steak. Perfect. Chicken perfect! Love this !

Seniors and Short People Beware

Seniors and short people beware!! The controls on this over the range microwave are impossible to see. They are written in such small letters, light print and placed so high that a ladder or a tall person is needed to run the machine. Also if you are a baker and you want to melt butter or chocolate stay away from this one. It starts at 15 seconds You can not set it lower !! This is an expensive and very disappointing machine.

Your feedback about the size of the letters, the height of the keypads, the cook time starting at 15 seconds, etc. will be shared with our product team for future consideration.

Love GE profile series

I had a previous profile microwave/convection oven and loved it. Just upgraded our kitchen to stainless steel so bought another Profile.
