haven't used all features but to many interactions to get something cooked compared to 25 year old last unit which was better engineered for customer use.

Nice, just no "assistance"

I had a countertop microwave, Air Fryer (french doors) and toaster oven. By purchasing this affordable condensed unit I was able to clear the clutter. Unfortunately, GE offers no online, or phone support for accuracy of USING the unit - I am not a TRIAL n ERR chef :(

We like it so far, still getting used to all the features of the air fryer and convection oven. We got the dial and trying to figure out how to use it if you only need 8 minutes and not an even number.

Poor documentation. Controls are not user friendly. And it does not come with ditections.

I like the idea of the design being compatible to rear, top or no venting. I am getting use to the Sensor selection. But it does make the reheating of coffee very hot.
