A Bit of a Learning Curve

After using this product for a month, I will say there is a bit of a learning curve to using it. The user manual isn't really all that helpful either. When using the Air Fry mode, there is no "preheat" so when you set something to air fry for 10 mins, it comes out ice cold still. This is very irritating. The workaround I found is to use the combination setting for the preheat, then change it to air fry after it has preheated to the desired temperature. It has a lot of nice features though, but I have yet to use them all. What I have used works good.
Only 4 star because I was REALLY looking forward to replacing my counter air fryer with this built-in feature, but it doesn't seem to be an equal swap, so far.

I love the Profile appliances!

We had our old Profile Micro/Convection Oven for 13 years and it was excellent. (It was purchased along with the Profile fridge and drop-in oven, which are also excellent products). Unfortunately, its electrical system failed and it could not be repaired. We just installed our new, upgraded version of the same appliance, and I anticipate that it will provide the same great service as our first one did. The new one has an air fryer - a new feature, plus other upgrades not found in the older model. I used it today for the first time, and it was as easy to use as the old one and worked great.

We just had this microwave installed and haven't used it much yet, but it looks great and I love the dial feature to set the timer for reheating foods. I wish the manual came with it, but I just downloaded it and hope to use all the features.

Learning to use! But so far easy to read and implement guidelines for various stages (ie microwave/convection/airfryer! Excited about selected purchase and versatility of one appliance keeping counter clear so I have room to prep and mix!
