Easy to use and it’s a 3 in 1 perfect! Air fryer convection oven and microwave! Links to my Range also with chef connect light and fan runs when I turn on a burner

Nice Multipurpose Microwave

This is a great unit to do all that we want....quick heat, convection cooking, and more. Works well, pairs with the stove, so light automatically turns on in microwave when using stovetop. Quiet cooking, too.

Nice enough, Controls Overly Complicated

I bought this model because of the air-fry capability. I was disappointed; I didn’t see any way to adjust the temperature setting and the air-fry took five or six times longer than my countertop air fryer and the food really never felt hot!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Versatility

I love how versatile this microwave is. Having an extra convection oven during events like Thanksgiving dinner make this microwave perfect. It's spacious and feature-rich, though I would have liked to see Wifi. With Wifi it would have easily been 5 stars. It DOES have bluetooth and syncs with my stove though and I'm very appreciative of that!

Not as adjustable as you'd think

Generally, the microwave works fine. But there are some major caveats that bring down its average rating. The first is that you can't set the timers by 1 second intervals. Default is 15 second intervals, but if the timer is already counting down then you can alter it by 5 second intervals. HOWEVER, there is NO place in the user's manual that discusses either of these limitations. Next - the air fryer. It's great to have the option, but nowhere in the manual does it say that this model has a fixed temperature of 425 degrees for air frying. I had to call customer service to figure this out. The "manual" option for air frying only lets you set a timer and nothing else. So, if you want to air fry at any other temperature, you'll need another air fryer. The last thing is related to construction/product quality. The timer knob feels so flimsy. I expect it break within a year or two. Overall, disappointed with the lack of information in the user's guide. It's basically a few pages that say, "Look! You have buttons!"
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have always loved GE appliances. They are reliable and now more in tune with technology which is a plus! This micro/oven is a must have! Plus an air fryer?!! What’s not to love.
