Terrible line of products

We purchased the bundle of GE Profile products when we bought our home 5yrs ago. This included the above convection microwave, gas stove, side x side fridge and the dishwasher. They ALL (minus the stove) have stopped working. The microwave's handle has broken on us twice. I loved the convection part of it to cook additional side dishes at the holidays. The microwave just quit last night. You do not realize how much these are utiitzed until you no longer have one!
The refrigerator stopped working due to a fan motor twice this year. We finally replaced the fridge.
The dishwasher never washed the dishes at all, they were always dirty. I stopped using it the past 3 years and washed dishes by hand. We started using it again this past month and now it stopped working this week! Two GE profile products in one week!
The oven is the last standing and works nicely. The only complaint I have is that the control knobs lost almost all their "silver" paint.

GE Microwave with Airfry

I really like my new microwave with the airfry option. I wish it would brown as it airfries. So it would give the look of fried food. I also wish that it had come with instructions on how to use it instead of sending you to the internet. My Husband is not tech savvy and has a hard time figuring out the microwave.

One I ordered in Dec did not have Chef Connect and product was updated to include Chef Connect. However my other new appliances were wifi, without CC feature, so CC is useless and cannot auto set time, etc. needless to say, I am disappointed.
However it does have air dry and convection but CC function makes it require more button pushing to do a simple task.

A decent micro/convection!

Closes softly (very nice feature!), heats evenly. Air fry is great. Think twice before getting rid of your separate toaster oven though. I find myself wanting to microwave at the same time I’m needing to use the micro as an air fryer. (Gotta wait and take turns)

Love the versatility

I love having a microwave and convection oven in one. It works as an air fryer as well. When I have a small thing to cook, I don’t have to use the bigger oven. Only downside is that there is no number pad. Setting the time requires turning a dial. There is a 30 second button which helps. Microwave is fabulous

It's a very nice microwave. The only small issue is the cook times. They are in 15 second increments. You can't put in an odd number. It's just that sometimes I like to cook something for 35 seconds, and I can't do that.
