Ordering, deliver, & install by a professional was a breeze. I was using the microwave immediately. Easy to use as it was very intuitive. My learning curve has been the air fryer. The only wish/change I'd love to see is an easier to read control panel. Very happy with my choice & highly recommend.

I was skeptical about baking and roasting in a microwave, but this little oven really does it all. I roasted veggies and a pork roast and it turned out great!
Not a fan of the dial feature to set the temperature , etc, but getting used to it. My unit does not vent to the outside of the house, which would be a plus.
Size of the oven works well for cooking for 1-2 people.
Overall a great kitchen appliance, filling a gap where there is no oven available.

I bought this model since it had the air fryer and convection cooking features. there is no key pad and there was no instruction manual came with it. It takes forever to figure out how to work it. Takes forever to figure out how to set the time, how to use the air fryer, how to use the convection oven. I paid a lot more than the current price and wish I hadn't. Would love to get rid of it but I would lose to much money
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We know it can take some time to get used to a new appliance especially when it has a different control method. We'd like to help out with this. Most of the cycles have a button pad you can press to setup that mode. For example "Convection Bake" you would press the pad, then you will use the dial to setup temperature by moving the dial and pressing it in, next it will allow you to set the time with the dial. We'd suggest checking out pages 8 through 13 in the user manual for additional steps and information. Very Mixed Feelings

Overall it's a decent microwave, but it has some issues. The "air fryer" feature is underwhelming in performance. The digital display lighting is very harsh, bright piercing white. The GE unit it replaced had much nicer soft green lighting its digital display. Likewise, the surface light was extremely harsh cold bright white lighting its and should have been a warmer cooler. It's really awful, and again it was much better on the old GE unit it replaced. The exhaust fan has 3 speeds just like the old unit but on the new unit it seems that all 3 speeds are high! Low and medium are just as high. A great feature is the dial which allows you to adjust the cook time in 5 second increments.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Your microwave also has 2 options when air frying – manual or auto cook. Regarding the exhaust fan, there will not be a noticeable difference between low and medium speeds, there will be a slight difference between the low and high speed when operating normally. You can confirm the unit is changing speeds by shifting from high to low speed as quickly as possible by pressing the pads (once for high, twice for medium, and three times for low fan speed). We encourage you to use the metal tray, metal rack and glass tray and leave at least a 1-inch gap between the cooking dish and the sides of the oven for the best air fry cooking results.
