Amazing quality and performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this appliance and use it daily. The new design is modern and looks great in out kitchen. We had many years of our other GE Model and am so happy with this new one. The combo micro convection is perfect for anyone with necessary choices in their cooking needs.

Overpriced microwave
on November 27, 2023

This is an overpriced microwave. We specifically bought it for the air fryer mode. We have tried several different items on the air fry mode and it sucks! No matter the temp or time the food is lukewarm at best.
Such a big disappointment from a GE product.

Hate This Microwave

This microwave has too many steps for just heating up a dish. I wish I’d realized that it had so many buttons and a knob to select and then push the knob, then push start! I’m used to One touch microwaving. Horrible!! I HATE this microwave!!!

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback. We are so sorry that this microwave control panel is a bit complex. There is considerable thought and effort devoted to the design of our products. Factors in design decisions are cost, competition, changing technology, and appearance. We understand your dissatisfaction with the control panel; however, we cannot modify or replace this microwave. We appreciate you choosing GE Appliances for your home, and we hope you enjoy your microwave for many years to come! - Adrian@GEA

Air fry/Convection is worthless

The microwave works fine. However, the air fry/convection feature leaves a lot to be desired. Should've saved my money and gone with the plain microwave.

We’re happy to hear that your new microwave has been working well, but it’s unexpected to hear you’ve been less than impressed with the air fry feature. We want to help. We suggest checking out the Air Fry section of your use and care manual, found on page 21 at the link below, for tips to help you get the most out of air fry.

So far I love it - I did vent it outside which is great. It's easy to use and I like that can can do so many different functions with it. It is like having another oven. It is great looking and goes really well with my other GE appliances.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this model since it had the air fryer and convection cooking features. there is no key pad and there was no instruction manual came with it. It takes forever to figure out how to work it. Takes forever to figure out how to set the time, how to use the air fryer, how to use the convection oven. I paid a lot more than the current price and wish I hadn't. Would love to get rid of it but I would lose to much money

We know it can take some time to get used to a new appliance especially when it has a different control method. We'd like to help out with this. Most of the cycles have a button pad you can press to setup that mode. For example "Convection Bake" you would press the pad, then you will use the dial to setup temperature by moving the dial and pressing it in, next it will allow you to set the time with the dial. We'd suggest checking out pages 8 through 13 in the user manual for additional steps and information.
