Not so great features.

Microwave appears to be outdated. No express cooking numbers. To heat something for a minute you have to turn a dial that starts at 15 sec until you turn it to 60 sec or 1 minute. Not user friendly at all.

Okay except for changing filter

Changing the charcoal filter is almost impossible!!!! What a stupid design. Cannot get left screw back in. 😩

We want to help you with your microwave's charcoal filter replacement. First unplug the appliance. Next, remove the vent grille mounting screws and tip the grille forward, lifting it out to remove it completely. Take out the old charcoal filter and slide a new one into place. Then, reattach the vent grille by sliding the bottom into position and pushing the top until it snaps securely into place. Replace the mounting screws, and finally, plug the microwave oven back in.

Hate the product. Wife told me to get a simple microwave didn’t listen. At 950 watts takes 4 minutes to heat a cup of water.
