Dial feature is a pain

Don't like the dial feature that does not allow you to to choose the exact time that you want, instead you must choose from pre-determined increments. Also do not like that you need to push the start button 2x for the microwave to start.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It has convection and air fryer features as well freeing up space in my kitchen and enabling me to have more cooking space especially during the holiday.

The door of the microwave sits uneven. Not really a big deal, but I notice it each time I look at it.
No information booklet delivered with the product. Don't know how to use convection or air fry features.
I was told that I could go online and print a booklet. Not going to do that.
