Number one it doesn’t come with a thorough user manual.
My Whirlpool OTC microwave/convection oven combo went out so I purchased this particular GE model to eliminate my counter top air fryer but that was a big mistake. The air fryer setting is a big joke. It takes way too long to preheat in the convection setting and the air fryer doesn’t work well. It takes longer to air fry than to use the oven and food doesn’t get crisp.
Also when using the stove, the microwave door fogs up extremely fast in between the glass making it very difficult to see inside if using it while cooking on the cooktop stove and it takes hours to dissipate. For the price of the unit I find it VERY Diss appointing. The Whirlpool was a much better quality appliance. I Would not recommend it. .

Love the microwave but comes with no manual

Love the product and I was replaced the same one I purchased over 12 years ago. I am upset that you do not include a full owners manual and when I called to get one it’s a recording saying you don’t Sean’s them and I have to go online only

Excellent over the range, convection microwave!

This unit replaced our old unit in our fifth wheel. Sleek design. Easy to install ourselves! Wasn’t sure about the dial when I ordered it but I Actually like the dial for setting time and choosing options! Very intuitive to use. The exhaust fan is powerful and it’s nice that there are three settings. Light is nice and bright. Inside is very spacious and fits a 9 x 13 Pyrex casserole dish with ease. Overall very satisfied and would purchase again!

Dial feature is a pain

Don't like the dial feature that does not allow you to to choose the exact time that you want, instead you must choose from pre-determined increments. Also do not like that you need to push the start button 2x for the microwave to start.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The door of the microwave sits uneven. Not really a big deal, but I notice it each time I look at it.
No information booklet delivered with the product. Don't know how to use convection or air fry features.
I was told that I could go online and print a booklet. Not going to do that.
