My opinion of my GE Profile

I haven't had the unit long enough to be 'factually truthful' regarding my review. However, from being installed there are a few things that are - in my opinion - lacking. 1) I do not like the fact that minutes are in increments of 15 seconds. 2) Haven't figured out why I must tap the 'start' button twice. 3) Would prefer that the panel was lighted. 4) The Biggie: Instructions for use or either complicated or lacking. 5) Have used the Air Fryer a couple times but have to teach myself how to use. 6) Have yet to use Convection Oven.

I would give zero not working and no owners manual

Beautiful microwave, amazing features. Easy installation, I’m still learning how to use it! The air fry feature is wonderful! Going to try the convection soon. It’s a game changer!

Needed a microwave but this item caught my eye -- air fry, convection, bake, roast, and microwave, in one unit. Amazing! I'm still playing with all of the options. Prepared half of my entire Thanksgiving feast in this little baby!

The unit look is very elegant. Interior is great. Very little noice. We replaced this with our existing 18 years old GE profile microwave oven.

Easy to use

We wanted to upgrade our GE microwave with one that had convection and air fryer features. We looked at several other brands and decided to go with the GE to match the other appliances in our kitchen. This one has all of the features of the other brands that cost 3x more, and the finish matches my other GM appliances perfectly. It's super easy to use and it's very intuitive/user friendly. It doesn't show fingerprints so it's very easy to keep clean. The inside has a very attractive, high end stainless finish. It was very straight forward and easy to install. The only drawback is that I'm 5'3" and I have a hard time looking at the food's cooking progress because the door window has a black band around the bottom. Other than that, I'm 100% happy with this convection microwave and I highly recommend it over the other brands (KitchenAid, LG, Samsung, etc) we were considering

Reliable and has all the features I want

I purchased this GE Profile microwave to replace a similar model that was about 10 years old that no longer worked. It is very similar to my previous microwave, but there is a feature that I preferred in my old one - the timing increments are in 15 seconds, whereas I preferred the old 5 second increments. Otherwise I have. to stand by while the food is heating and Stop it during the countdown.
