We bought it to replace a 20+ year old GE profile advantium. Was able to use the old mount just had to drill new holes for cord and screws. works great just hope it lasts as long as its predecessor.

Accurate & 4 pies at a time- so good

We purchased this same oven maybe 10 years ago. Love the convection and the biggest difference from other brands is the 2 racks- we can get 4 pies in this thing!!! Other brands don't have rack or maybe just one. So with our convection oven- we can bake, Bake, BAKE. Capabilities of this oven are the same as the first one we bought because they are perfect.

This microwave/convection oven is exactly what I wanted! User friendly and efficient, and this model has an air fryer function. This is my second one. It’s the perfect fit over the stove area and has great ventilation .

Air Fryer of No Benefit

This is the second one installed this month. The air fryer did not work properly in either. The convection oven in the first one operated at reduce capacity. Have not had time to check the one installed this morning.
This is only for the new model. The last one lasted twenty years.

Totally Inadequate recirculating ventilation

The Ventilation is absolutely poor, especially since this product was also designed to sit above a gas cooktop. I can not understand why your engineers did not replicate the GEProfile ventilation capacity of a similar product that we purchased in 2005. Please elevate this issue to your senior management

We want to help out with the ventilation performance you are noticing. We recommend trying out the tissue test to check if everything is being properly vented. Turn the vent fan on high and hold a tissue or paper towel under the vent area. The suction should hold the tissue or paper towel in place. The draw is equal on both sides. It is normal to have some air blowing out of the top grill.
